In Canada, our operation is supported by members of the board of directors. We do not have paid staff support at this time. Resources permitting our priorities are on communications, fundraising, financial management and general administration.
Similarly, in Tanzania the board of directors are actively engaged in developing and implementing the program. Since project activities are an immediate goal we anticipate having project staff hired to implement our projects. As the organization grows, support staff to coordinate in-country activities are also anticipated.
